"Our LaPetite is simply amazing. Shelly, Kara, Travis are all absolutely amazing. My one complaint is closures. I feel like the school closes too easy and should only be closed for the most dire of situations. The rule of thumb should be, if the parent has to work, the school should be open, because that is what we pay for. Also if the school does close, I find absolutely ridiculous we don't get some kind of tuition credit. Not only do we still have to pay, but we are out even more money for lost wages and/or alternate childcare. This is an unacceptable policy."

"Poor. This daycare requires we label our own bottles, they refuse to dump out old formula. The infant room is too cluttered with the cribs in the middle of the room. I would imagine this is a safety hazard and that staff may trip, babies have things to bump their heads on if they fall over. We are on a waiting list for other daycares. After this experience, I've decided to leave LPA for good. I've used them off and on for over 10 years. Also, being forced into a diaper subscription is ridiculous. I'd love to have the option, but not be forced into cheap diapers at a pricey cost. It's cheaper for me to buy name brand in bulk and supply my own."
