"The director and assistant director are very passionate at their jobs, they are always there to listen to help. Teachers in different classes are not consistently good. Most are passionate at their jobs, a few were almost unpleasant to be around. It seem like the school is always short staffed, but it is understandable in todays labor market. Much respect to the director and assistant director try to pick the most qualified candidates to ensure our children get the best quality of care. Perhaps the HQ can do something to help by providing better incentives to teachers."

I do appreciate the communication through the App of what the kids are doing, and the social behaviors that they are being taught so that I can talk to my child about it later in the day, and help to reinforce and continue that at home for consistency. The new director has been so active and hands-on, she has driven the level of happiness and morale up so much, and the fact the whole staff seems more positive and seem to strive for this level of greatness is fantastic. I had a previous child in this school and it was good, but not as amazing as it has become since the new director has taken hold of this location. Really it's been a huge improvement and interacting with the staff has become more open and confident. I've also seen an improvement in the other parents and how they seem to interact has greatly increased and the whole school just seems warm and inviting. Seriously, keep up the great work. You all deserve so much for what you've done and what you continue to do for the kids! Especially through all the COVID, they've handled things beautifully."
