"We loved the school when we first started there. The former director Erica was absolutely wonderful. She had a genuine concern for not just the kids, but parents, and staff as well. The teachers were wonderful and we truly felt our kids were getting a quality education. The new director Kelly Richardson has been in place for about two years and the entire school has gone downhill. The atmosphere is awful. Teacher turnover is increasingly high and everyone seems unhappy. My son comes home every day telling me that his teacher just screams at the whole class. He hates going there now. We have had so many safety concerns on top of this. It’s basically low quality babysitting at this stage. We are actively trying to leave LaPetite."

The turnover with teachers should be indication that they need to be paid more - please consider this as teachers are the most important part of the school and have had so much to deal with. The compensation should be more than competetive with other school so good teachers don't leave."
