"I've enrolled all 4 of my Granchildren for day care and preschool because the teachers are so great at getting to know the kids and having siblings attend is an added plus for the kids because they know what each other went through as preschoolers and they know the teachers too."

"Overall, the school is serving it's main function of protecting our child while we are at work but we are concerned about his emotional development. We are aware it is not ideal to be away from him for many hours per day but due to financial circumstances, we cannot stay home.In our absence, we fear his development could be hindered as it's important that children learn patience, understanding and empathy toward others. We have signed many incident reports and this is upsetting as we cannot witness ourselves, what is taking place and therefore don't have the proper insight into what is causing the conflicts. We want the best for our child as well as for all of his classmates and teachers so, we feel a more personal and direct approach is needed. Perhaps the class sizes are too large and red flags are going unnoticed? Maybe the eating/napping schedule is too strict for a child of this age group, causing tiredness or temper issues? The teachers often seem overworked/overwhelmed and exhausted (understandably)."

"The teachers and the director are really nice but they are always under staff. As much as I like the atmosphere they are always struggling. If they could be be helped with more employers with a fix pay, not per hour, I feel like the teachers could focus better on the kids and not worrying to be send home and lose money. My kid enjoy his time here but they always end up ending short because of a conpany who does not help."

"My family loves all of the teaches there, they have done a wonderful job maneuvering us through these hard times with a positive attitude. Communication is great and staff is very well trained. I don’t ever feel out of the loop when it comes to my children."

"Need to have street lights fixed in parking lot I drop off at 6:30 and even the street light on the road is out which fpl would fix. And sign is not lit up amd no lights in parking lot pitch black. Lucky the time changed fixed that for now"

"The staff is great!!!!! However, sometimes is smells like bags of dirty diapers and also the kids that you have to step over to get to the back room is ridiculous. Once kids are not occupying a room someone should walk through and wipe everything down to reduce the risk of germs. The kids should get bottled water, also warm warm to wash their hands."
