"My experience has been much better since speaking with Ms. Jaki regarding my concerns. The communication has been better with his teachers and I receive updates with photos throughout the day. Thank you so much much to her and the team for hearing my concerns and fixing them."

"I am considering removing my son. When I pick him up he has been in clothes that are not his although he has extra clothes provided. He also had a pacifier that was not his which caused him to get sick and miss over a week. He is frequently missing bibs and socks when I pick him up. Whenever I ask the teachers where is his stuff or why he has on someone else clothes they always say they do not know because they were not in his classroom all day. No one takes accountability. When I ask to speak to the director they tell me she is not present but they will relay my message. I also saw a teacher shake his crib and lay him down without burping him, even though he has a doctor’s note stating he must sit up after drinking due to his acid reflux. The price may be lower than others but so is the care for your child."
