However when my child is transfered to a different class mid day I have to remind the new teacher to log my child into the new class and the updates slow down or stop. I understand being busy with a class full of toddlers but I do frequently check the cameras to ease my anxious mom brain. Even if I don't get updates just knowing I can log in and see them on camera is what I need."

"I always liked this school. The east side location always made me feel so comfortable. The Thornydale location took a lil longer to grow on me but recently the front ladies have really stepped up. They are friendly and Julie goes out of her way to help my son go to class since he all this sudden becoming shy when walking in. Julie recently has been truly impressive and the effort is definitely noticed. I look forward to saying Good moarning to the office ladies and they are always willing to stop and let me tell them about my son's missing Jacket or something stupid that they don't have time for but it's always always appreciated"

"This answer is not really related to this question, but I feel that the staff need to do a way better job with cleaning the infant room. My daughter is always sick and the floor is nasty. Her clothes are ruined due to the floors being so dirty and all the knees in her pants are black and permanently stained. That’s not acceptable!"

"On the whole our experience has been more positive than negative, but staff turnover and lack of communication via the app have been frustrating for our family. We often have to rely solely on the livestream to get any sense of what goes on in the preschool room day to day; we get no food updates nor lesson plans / educational feedback. I expect this is largely due to the continuing staffing shortages - people who knew how to use the app have left and are replaced by people who haven't been completely trained, and more frequently, there simply aren't enough staff for teachers to have time to enter things into the app because they're already too busy simply watching the kids in their care.I've recommended La Petite several times, but always with those caveats. We've had several teachers we've loved and who have been wonderful with our daughter. But a lot of them have left for whatever reason, which makes us feel less connected with the school."
