"It was fantastic 3-4 years ago when my oldest son joined. When Ms. Emily left the director position, along with staffing issues, it hasn’t been quite the same. Also, communication with the newer app isn’t as robust. With that being said, the teachers there are very sweet and I know my son is happy and safe."

"Overall, very good. Lots of caring staff and child really likes the school and the structure is good. There has been a lot of turnover with management and it is clear that things have not been fully under control, though I think current management is doing a good job to get things back on track. Sproutabout is terrible :( Do not have the ability to message with teachers. Used to receive notes from them frequently.My child's class teachers also frequently change without warning. A bit more communication on that front would be welcome."

"Overall we are very happy. Since Nicole has taken over as director there seems to be much more stability and the staff seem happier. Nicole is always very nice , professional and open to hearing from parents. We love the teachers and whenever we message through brightwheel, we get a timely response. My only concern would be the nutrition (more lean proteins and vegetables) and lack of physical activity."

"Under Ms. Nicole and Ms. Jess's leadership, I have felt that there has been more direct and clear communication. Additionally, our son's current teacher (and his previous teacher when he was in the early toddler class) has been really great about communicating and sending photos/videos.
