"Been with this daycare for over 2 years now and have weathered ups and downs. It all starts with upper management. Lexi has taken over and she has been wonderful. My kids are happier, I’m happier, seems like the staff is happier! She cares, listens, and delivers. It’s a big improvement. And finally the daycare is putting some much needed money into improving the physical aspects of the building/playground. This is a wonderful place and I want it to shine inside and out! Can’t wait for the kids to get their new and improved playground! Really can’t wait for the mulch to be gone (dumping it out of shoes on a daily basis-not so fun!). Thank you to all the staff for working so hard everyday to teach and take care of our loved babies!"

"La Petite needs to invest into this location. The teachers and Site Director seem to be doing what they can but have, from what I can see, very little resources and support from the district level. It can be chaos there due to the lack of teachers at the school. The building is falling apart. AC has been broken for months and a portable unit has been in use for that time. The only reason my child still attends the school is due to the friendships she has created with other kids and some of the teachers. She would be heartbroken if we tore her away from that at the age of 3 but at the same time we are concerned about our child's development. The school has been in steady decline since we started which we hate to see after such a positive start."

"Great relationship with director and assistant director, feel they love my child.We have had varied experiences with teachers, some good but some with less structure. Some seem to rely on yelling vs positive reinforcement. I’ve noticed situations where better attention and staying engaged with the kids would prevent the need for escalation and yelling"

"My child has gone here for 2 years now and it started out pretty good. They managed the whole Covid pandemic pretty well. There is a new Director now but she seems to be missing from the office quite often. I think she is watching kids, which I feel shouldn’t be her job, that she should be focusing on managing the school. I know staffing is an issue everywhere, and child care facilities are no different but when it comes to our children we all want the best. Some of the teachers here are fantastic TEACHERS…they teach and are kind to the kids. There are some however I feel are not engaging with the kids as teachers but just babysitters. I would say the majority of the teachers are great and only a small percentage need better training, should love this job or get out, and need a Director to be present to manage them."

"at the moment my general It is not positive, There is NO ONBOARDING PROCESS, there truly needs to be one. There needs to be a standard engagement process when a child is moved from one room to another. The director had the audacity to tell me, because I had chatted with a teacher, that she thought the teachers reached out to me. Yes she apologized later, and I actually agree with the move to another class, but the fact I had to address the situation is purely disrespectful and unprofessional. My child has been back in daycare 1 month and she has been sick 2 times... The process to alert parents that is a sick child in school, is not customer friendly."
