She loved the field trips and food and made a lot of friends too. "When we started 4 years ago LPA was a great experience. The staff was engaged and they did multiple activities to spark children’s interest. There has been a lack of that same education standard now. There is a lot of staff turnover when there were multiple tenured staff prior. The communication has been worse in the last year."

They don’t enforce mask for safety and don’t pay attention to the kids much in my child’s room and have yet to see them clean things after other kids have touched them I never see the hats and dress up staff being sprayed or cleaned which is nasty"

"Charlotte has been attending since she was 6 weeks. We have demanding work schedules, and we have always been confident in the care provided. We receive regular updates showing stimulating activity, educational experiences, and outside fun. We love getting photos and videos of the children smiling and having fun. She has always been impeccably cared for. We have been satisfied with the COVID safety practices and updates. It is clear the teachers care about the children and are dedicated to their work. The setup with LPA has worked very well for our family. It has been well worth the investment."
