"This location has a extremely high turnover rate.... my twins can't get used to a teacher because withing 6 months there is someone new in the class."

"My son started in January it’s now ending February, I waited to give a response, to see how my child progressed. At this point, I’m still apprehensive! I’m pretty much set on moving him to a different school. There’s a lack of nurturing, empathy, compassion even just acknowledging he’s there at times. The first few weeks I was pretty upset at things that occurred! The director listened and adjusted, however, those were basic needs that were being ignored until I addressed them . What would happen if I didn’t log in to view my child at that time? Basically the fist few weeks my child was just wondering around , with no interaction with his teacher. Also I felt my son was singled out, because at nap time. All of the other children were given their pillows and blankets, and more than a couple of occasions. My child was not given his, even though it was right there in the cubby with everyone else’s also, my child wasn’t being offered water during the day. ( was addressed and corrected)"

"This school has always been great but with the new leadership it is now even better. The staff is of the highest quality and they show me every day how much they really care for my child. The facility is always clean and I can completely tell they take pride in their work. I have zero reservations about fully recommending them to every parent I meet. The daycare deserves recognition for always going above and beyond for their children."

"This school saved us when we first moved here. They took our baby I'm when we PCSd and no one else had openings. They were so kind and caring to our baby. They would ask us how she was when she didn't go to school and how our day was going as well. Just super friendly staff all around, they made us feel like family."

"They claimed I hadn’t of paid different weeks payments but I did every time, every time they charged me late fees even though I showed my bank account that it had been paid, and then they had me pay twice for the same week. They literally took hundreds of dollars from me when I paid on time!

The daycare worker pushed my son one time.

My son would get hurt and I wouldn’t be notified until he was picked up. He now has a scar under his chin.

One time, I asked a question about why my son got in trouble, I was told he wasn’t listening and had the door slammed in my face. I wasn’t given the story or details. And I even asked a different teacher what happened but the director cut in and said that to me. She was always rude, my boyfriend, mom, and I all think this.

My son likes everyone and is sweet, but told me he doesn’t like his teacher.

"POOR!!! I'm not greeted when I arrive. No one welcomed us on our first day or provided direction on where to go/how to sign in. No one introduced themselves. My youngest son's teacher barely turns to acknowledge me when I arrive, doesn't get daily feedback, and doesn't give us a goodbye greeting. I am withdrawing my youngest and putting him somewhere where I feel will provide enriching activities. I'm only leaving my oldest because it's too last minute to find last minute summer care."
