I love the updates, live stream, activities, and attentiveness of the staff to ensure my son is happy and thriving while I am away."

"The SproutAbout app that the school uses is amazing! The regular updates about diapers/meals/sleep and live-streaming are so helpful and very much appreciated. Generally, teachers and staff are caring and compassionate to the extent that they are able to be; however, that isn't always enough -- the teacher:student ratio, while within legal limits, is too high for a parent of an infant or younger child to be comfortable with the attention received (or lack thereof) on a daily basis. Additionally, corporate enforces exceedingly inconvenient protocols, such as sending a child home for a temperature that is less than a true fever and/or is completely normal (immediately following vaccines, related to teething, etc.) existing without any other concerning symptoms and paying for days that the school is closed or that he doesn't attend. For us, it is often a toss-up as to whether the positives outweigh the negatives. Live streaming and proximity are honestly the main factors that keep us coming back."

"Great staff. Firm with children but loving. Children in pre-k are learning the same as my son in kindergarten at public school. 10am child refusal is very annoying however. Was advised that this is to ensure they don’t send teachers home. Teachers should not be sent home based on children attendance, if a parent is paying for services, that should be the bottom line. Anything else is cost of doing business and should not be the parents problem as long as the child is not being dropped off in the middle of nap time. Other than that, I have had a great experience with nearly every teacher and staff member there."
