From being not constistently socialized because of Covid to a regular attendance her confudence and social skills around other kids and people in general has blossomed, she loves her teachers and has been asking for more time at school. "This location has poor infant care; the infants and toddlers are packed into the same room and my child slept less than one hour each day due to the noise and bright lights. The director was dismissive and showed a lack of knowledge of infant sleep schedules by suggesting my baby only needed one nap starting at 8 months.

The director is passive aggressive to the teachers and shows a lack of professionalism and respect. This resulted in high teacher turnover which is undesirable as I would like my child to have consistency and stability at school.

The teachers my child had were amazing. Unfortunately, many of them did not stick around very long. Treatment by the director was bad enough that some quit without any notice, leaving the school out-of-ratio. This puts additional burden on the remaining teachers who are not paid enough for what they do.

The entire La Petite system has a very corporate feel that is slow to change and lacks a personal touch."

"Poor communication from the director. Terrible infant and baby care. This location should not be taking care of children under two years old. Noisy room, babies don't sleep. Babies getting sick constantly. Had to take our baby out of this facility.Three year old changed classes without notifying me or my partner. High staff turnover. Teachers don't feel valued."
