"I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the care my children receive. My older child complains that other kids are mean to her and push her and the staff doesn't do anything about it. They will not respond to messages, the teachers or admin. It took them over a month with multiple messages and me talking to them about my infant being fed her full meals. I watch the video and I can tell that overall they do not respond appropriately to the children or even look like they enjoy the kids at all. They do not pay enough attention to the children which leads to many incident reports. Overall just very poor communication and care...if I had any other option I would pull them out immediately"

"I urge any parent who is considering to take their child here to reconsider. The location is dirty and the staff is useless. It is very evident that the front office staff is only there for a paycheck. There is no evidence of care and compassion for children. I purchased a punch card for my child and I had to stop taking him after the second visit. I refuse to let my child step foot in that terrible establishment. What a shame this daycare is."

"I have 2 kids (1 and 3 years old) attending La Petite Academy. I like the fact that my children's clothes remain clean at the end of a busy school day, 90% of the time. Also, my children are really happy and excited to go to school every morning. More importantly, I like the fact that diapers and wipes are included in the tuition fees. Finally, I really appreciate the way the staff communicates with me daily via text messaging regarding their respective activities, meals, diaper change, and nap times."
