"The food served is unacceptable. It lacks protein and heathy fat to encourage brain development. Carrots and tortilla for breakfast, for example. Children are starving when we pick them up. It seems that everything has gotten worse since the director, Tiffany, left. It seems the toddler teacher just goes through the motions and doesn't offer much caring and love. We're happy he's in safe place, and gets social interaction and does activities. One of the infant teachers, Lisa, just talks to the other teachers the whole time. When he first started at 10 months old, he hadn't ever held his own bottle and Lisa refused to help him drink his milk because she's too busy making sure the other kids aren't choking on their food. So, he starved. Weren't told how much breast milk he drank out of sippy or bottle as it was emptied some days, some days full. Lost sippy cups three different times cause they were sent to be washed and name label washed off. When he first started, teachers just walk right by him crying."
