"Now that Jessica was brought in and Marie left, I've seen a tremendous improvement. I saw alot of retention issues while under Marie, so I'm hoping that we can get some stability and tenure amongst the teachers now that Marie has left. I also think Madelyn's current teacher Jamie is fantastic. Jamie actually took the time to make a connection w/Maddy, something the past teacher (who has now left) did not do. Previously it was a struggle to get Maddy to want to/be happy to go to school, and now there are rarely drop-off issues. I do think there is an opportunity to share pictures more frequently, but I also know the teachers are busy. I don't hear a ton from Alex's teacher, so maybe some increased communication there."

"It started very positive but then the new director just kept enrolling and enrolling and now there are more kids than they know what to do with. They cannot keep staff so some days only the assistant director does everyones lunches and nobody even gets any breaks (this is illegal) and impacts the children."

"Was good, but it has gone down hill. New director is very unwelcoming. Corporate does not followup with concerns or actually resolve them. The facility lost a bus for 3 WEEKS and still makes you pay to reserve a spot eventhough they cannot provide the service you need them for and your can't take your child there because they have to go to school.The school needs more communication and Teachers and directors that WANT to do the job for the job, not the paycheck. Maybe motivate/take care of staff better? Sad to see it going down hill."

"Mostly great. I really like the teachers and the atmosphere. My daughter has learned so much, and she is all ready for kindergarten. The school and classrooms are clean and very well maintained. They have curriculum and play time, and it's not just chaos like some other places. The teachers stay for a long time and I really like the live stream."

A new director with a measure of success being the welfare and development of the children and not how many children she can enroll would easily turn this center around. Again, there is a reason you have so many vacancies. There is a reason an assistant director with over 20yrs devoted to this center is departing."

"I’m not sure why it’s allowed for parents to reuse shoe covers over and over again that’s a sanitary risk. At the cost of attendance the school should be able to afford to replenish after each use"

"The school hasn't been as good with the new director. It's clear teacher morale is much lower and I'm concerned that she is not following licensing requirements. For example, leaving paperwork for all of the children out where it is visible to all. She also kept calling my daughter by the wrong name."
