"This was my first week with the La Petite Academy -Cedar Rd. Overall security and safety for my son has been immaculate. However, opportunities for development, growth or engaging activities has not met my standards. I have to fully disclaim that my child is in the 2 yr old classroom, so it may differ in other age groups but this has been the experience of Our first week. My family plan to give the facility more time with high hopes because the staff is extremely nice and welcoming."

"When we first started going to this facility it was great. The location, the price, and everything fell into place. Very convenient. Then my son began to whine like the kids at the facility. I realized that that’s a tolerated behavior in that environment. I found myself constantly trying to unlearn a poor learned behavior from this facility. Then my daughter came and she began going to the same facility with my son at three months. After she went for about a month I observed the evening staff poorly caring for my daughter. Leaving her by herself even though staff members were present in the room. They would attend to kids more mobile and that were their own vs an infant that was not mobile. I watched the whole thing on camera. This happened for a few hours. I’m wondering how many other days was my child left to fend for herself with nobody to help her. Infuriating. If I’m paying a mortgage for childcare that better never happen. No excuses. Immediately following both kids were removed from this facility."

"The school is great overall, but they sometimes seem like they are trying to find a reason to send a kid home sick when they're just cranky or having a hard time, which forces parents to jump through hoops for what is often nothing. Between the care we are paying for but not getting and the leave we have to take it becomes extremely expensive and disruptive."
