"I would love to see more communication with the staff. The VPK teacher does a great job with communicating but not any other teacher nor the director. The cleanliness of the school could be better in ways of sanitizing toys and mandatory washing hands when entering the classroom and leaving classroom."

"I absolutely adore my child’s teacher. She is absolutely amazing and I’m in awe by everything she manages to accomplish in a day. It is because of her that I haven’t actively searched for another school. The previous director was great and I never had any issues with billing, regardless of how she accomplished that, it worked. Now that she has been replaced, I constantly get late bill reminders for an issue that is way beyond me. My issue was explained previously. I don’t feel as though I’d be any loss to this location if I left and I honestly believe they would prefer I leave since this billing issue interferes with the Director’s bonus and my withdraw would correct that issue for her."

"Overall experience with the director has been great. Several issues in the classroom when finalizing potty training and weird occurrences such as finding underwear outside of their shorts. Sometime it seems like the teacher is very involved and engaged and other times it doesn’t appear like she’s present. Need to keep a better one of the kids like I mentioned before"

"The school has went through several directors, assistant directors and teachers in my 3 years there. The new director Tiffany has good intentions but could be better with communication. The old director was excellent at posting signs on the door and writing in the app to remind us busy working parents of events or important news. Also, the assistant director never speaks and for the money I spend a month there I feel she can speak when people come to drop their child off. She doesn’t say good morning or anything, just stares at the computer screen while parents and children are passing her. Lastly, I wish they would close at 630 again, and if not reduce our daycare. For over 6 months I’ve been paying the same amount but yet the daycare closes earlier. They just went to 6 about a month ago when it was 530, horrible for working parents and no consideration to their jobs."

"I’m not happy with it at all. I pay a lot of money A WEEK to have my child not feel like she’s been taken cared of. My child comes home from school with diaper rash at least 3 times a week. They changed the hours for “a short period of time” which has turned out over 2 months now. I can’t keep leaving work everyday early just to get my child when I picked this school based on the time so it wouldn’t conflict with my work. When multiple parents are complaining about one specific person and nothing is being done it makes us feel like what we have to say doesn’t matter. There has been multiple incidents and nothing has been done about it."

"I love every staff member in this school that helps take care of my kids they all work really hard to ensure my kids have a good day and are being taken care of but I do have issues with the kids constantly being sick with something mostly every week I’m missing work to stay home with the kids because one of them has got sick from the daycare"

"Since my kids have starting going there their bill has always been inconsistent & I have never got a straight answer about it ether from old director and new director they just tell me it’s the “system”.. I’ve also noticed a decrease in staff as well as kids in my kids class so that is a little concerning as well.. other than that I can say that my kids haven’t had any issue with how staff has been treating them. "

"Since the former director's departure, there is far less clutter and it appeared to be a fresh start. However, the human resources issue is really problematic and a daily cause of tension for the kids, parents, and existing over-worked staff. Parents can sense the breakdown in staff cohesion and I have worried about my child getting the proper oversight, let alone educational enrichment, due to understaffing."

"during covid they took the extra precautions the teachers and staff with the many changes have been great love the teachers always because my grandchildren have learned alot and come home with still more to talk about and when they see tv they say certain colors and numbers and figures and understanding to everyday life . thank you for the care leilani and adriana and family"

"All the teachers are very friendly and professional at all times. I can see that they care a lot about the kids that on their charge. They ensure that everyone is participating when they do dancing, reading books, singing, or any fun activities that they do. The live stream definitely is a must because it helps us see how are kids doing daily at the classrooms. I also really appreciate all the teachers putting a lot of efforts to ensure our kids are enjoying their time in there and keeping them safe :-) Thank you for all your hardworks!!!"
