"We have loved the teachers and up until recently the management. Our old director was friendly, cknowledged us and knew my child's name. The new director is a poor communicator and I'm not sure she knows my daughter at all."
"Where are the male teachers? Why don’t they have more supporting staff for the vpk class. Why not have 2 vpk classes so that if one teacher is not compatible with the childs learning abilities there is another option. Also the new director or manager needs sensitivity training she is always seemingly angry rude and nasty in disposition when communicating anything relating to my child’s attendance there. Everybody seems to be overworked overly busy and stretched or stressed out especially miss Judy and miss Juanita."

"My experience has not been good. Children appear to not be properly attended to. This assumption could be changed if the cameras were working or parents were allowed inside. My year old special needs son often comes home lookingn like he's been on a battlefield and the incident reports never state what happened (bc it's never observed, i assume), when i get incident reports. My experience with my 3 year old has also been awful. She displays behaviors she never did before and we have constant issues."
"So far it has been great! Loved his 2 year old teacher (Ms. Dee) since she was great about providing us with many pictures throughout the day to see how well he was doing. The transition to the new classroom has been rough for us since we are not receiving frequent updates in the form of pictures or videos, so we do not get to see how he is doing. We are also not allowed inside (due to COVID-19) to see interactions with teacher or talk with teachers. Usually administrative staff pick up the children by the front door and transition them to their classrooms. Communication with teachers is only possible if we ask to speak with them so that they may come meet parents outside the building."

"I love this daycare, before I put my son in daycare I heard many bad things about day cares and was overall scared to place him in child care but this daycare has made me feel great! I can drop him off not feeling sad or thinking if he’s okay! I love the fact that they tell me things throughout the day on brightwheel! I have become close to his teachers and adore them so much and they love my child!!"
