The cost is great, providing diapers and necessities is super helpful to struggling parents. Any concerns have been addressed quickly by the director. Some staff members are not always kind. 4c needs to communicate clearly how long recertification takes to avoid gaps in help with childcare costs. If the amount for childcare is more expensive, we should be told before drop off."

"Good experience with the school before covid. But it is very difficult to evaluate my children's experience because currently we are only allowed to drop off the kids in front of the door. So we don't get a chance to talk to the teacher see how hot the kids are doing. So the answers it's really difficult to do in a unbiased way when I don't even have the information to give."
