"After doing my research, I thought this location would be great!! I scheduled a tour of the facility, arrived on time and was greeted by a gentleman whom was quite pleasant. I was asked how could I be helped, I told him I was there for a tour. A lady who was standing behind a desk at the front entrance stated they couldn’t give me a tour. She proceeded to ask if I had an appointment and I answered yes. She stated again they could not give me a tour. They were too busy she stated and short staffed. I responded to this lady ‘“you could have called and told me instead of me driving all the way there and rudely be told they couldn’t do a tour. She stated they were short staffed and they were not doing the tour. I said okay and left. Getting half way to my car I decided to go back and ask her what was her name? She stated Ericka. I asked for her business card and she informed me she was the director. I stated that her customer service skills are horrible. She then stated staff had an emergency and they couldn’t do a tour. Well the service I received let me know that this place was not the place for my infant. There is a way to explain to a prospective parent that something happened and unfortunately the tour couldn’t be conducted that day. Introduce yourself to the parent. That would have been helpful. I understand that things happen. If there is ever an emergency with a child how are you going to handle the situation Erika Edwards - Academy Director? Please learn how to handle situations that may arise and learn how to talk to people in the heat of the moment. You must be able to work well under pressure especially when you are taking care of children and speaking with parents. "

"If a parent is happy with paying $260 a week so their kids get constantly yelled at, this is the daycare for them. Combative staff and teachers simply treating the kids like animals. I was not going to leave a review, but today for the 100th time I came in to pick him up and again, teacher towering over a child while they were watching a movie. I can keep my kid at home if what they're doing is watching TV. My son then got up because he saw me and the assistant teacher readily yelled at him SIT DOWN! without even trying to be slightly nice. The staff at this school need some serious training or go look for a different job. 0/5"

I love the apps that they utilize to keep my up to date with my child throughout the day. They have instant communication with me if something pops up which gives me peace of mind. All of the staff is very friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better daycare to start my infant in. Very thankful for this La Petite. Everyone that works there does such a fantastic job with the kids!"
