We enrolled our second child when she was 3 months old. The teachers are like family and take great care of our girls and love them and nurture them as if they were their own. They helped when it was time to potty train and made it a breeze! Our girls have learned so much here and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. We LOVE LPA - Oak Ridge so much."

"I was very satisfied with the infant through twos rooms. Over the past year my child has gained no skills in the early preschool class. Due to Covid chaos she was put in the room below all the kids she had always been with. She has struggled with being with younger kids as she has always gravitated towards older kids. I understand the room placement was based on her birthday but she has not gained any skills in the past year. She came home with wet pants. She has an accident and was afraid to tell anyone because she didn’t want to be in trouble. She didn’t use the restroom because she was afraid due to there having been a spider in the restroom."

"I really appreciate the teachers showing a genuine care for my child. When I've had issues, they are addressed immediately and respectfully. I really like the staff. My only criticisms would be that training may be outdated or based on what other parents have requested- not what the proper method is for care in a few situations. Specifically, my son is uncircumcised and he was not receiving the proper care, which is never to pull back the skin. This could result is a serious infection and permanent damage, not to mention incredibly painful for him. Another incident, I've had is that after my son was potty trained, it was assumed he could wipe himself on his own. This was addressed with his teacher because he had multiple pairs of underwear stained from not wiping completely. At his age, he does not have the motor skills to do a good job at this task. Overall, I have been happy with the school."
