"The overall school experience for the children seems to be great. Children seem to enjoy their experience. However both the lack of communication regarding teacher turnover along with retaining said teachers is beginning to become a concern."

My husband and I took all the daycare tours around the area and what a difference when we took La Petite's tour . They went over everything you can think of and was so professional. Wonderful choice and I'm a first time Mom who was so scared of daycare but I love it ."

"the last 6 years that my children have attended LPA I have had nothing but a great experience.My boys have had amazing teachers who have been consistent.only complaint I have had lately is the late of flexibility. I know this deficient is everywhere post pandemic, but it's frustrating when we are paying for a service to make our lives easier and things can't be worked out and then it makes things harder..This last year I have not once been able to switch my son's days for a different day or come on a different day when he couldn't come due to illness.They are enrolled at max capacity in almost all rooms to where a part time child like my son can't switch days.Also,in the past parents were expected to drop off their child within a 15 time period so they could staff their building.In my opinion this is unacceptable and ridiculous.Again, it goes back to a lack of flexibility. things come up or many one day I have different work hours, I shouldn't be reprimanded for not bringing my child within the allotted time."

"Overall, I love the school. The staff is friendly from front to back. The kids seems generally happy to be there when I look in other age classes as I pick up and drop of my son. I love the cameras and being able to check in when I miss my son. I love getting pictures of him smiling so big and having a great day, seeing the activities he gets to do with the teachers and other kids. It's hard to drop your baby off with strangers, it makes it a little more comforting to get these updates and check ins. I have recommended several people to La Petite Academy because I've had a wonderful experience and I've seen what it has done for my nephew who is now three and smart as can be!"
"We are relatively new at the school, but so far have been quite pleased. Our child was quite shy going in, but the teaching staff made her feel very welcome, and now when she gets home she enjoys telling us about her day. Something she never would do coming from a previous school. She loves the teachers, and curriculum provided. Also when we watch on live stream. When the teachers aren’t engaging with the children they are always cleaning. So that is very nice to see. We are happy we made the move to La Petite Academy."
"Really good overall. Communication from school about things has been mediocre. Well communicated about programs and days coming up, which we love. Very minimal communication on any changes in costs, and fees. Also, we have never seen a grid about pricing? Not a big deal and we know it changes, but it seems off that it is not transparent."

Everyone I've come into contact with from the teachers to the ladies that clean, the bus driver and the gentleman that prepare meals have been polite and warm welcoming. I think theyve done a great job with keeping families updated via their app. I love getting photos and hearing about his day when I pick him up. It makes me feel like they are really attending to my child with interest not just letting them lay on the floor and be a lump on a log"
