The greeting by the management could improve since it seems they favor certain parents and are not always friendly but overall, I am happy with communication if anything happens to my child from them."

Now we receive messages several times a week telling us if we don't get to school soon enough, the classroom will be full, and our child will not be able to attend that day. I do not pay for full time enrollment in childcare to be told that it is first come first served and I will be turned away at the door with my child if too many other kids from their class arrive first. Ending the message with sorry if this inconveniences you doesn't make that any less frustrating - of course finding out on your way to work that your child cannot attend school that day is inconvenient. Staffing issues need to be sorted out and not pushed back on parents to figure out secondary childcare."

We love the 'theme' days that are offered and how the teachers do their best to connect each kid to their classroom (through things like show & tell)"

Teachers yell at the kids rather than talking and educating, lack of caring support and interest in development.I wish the manager would address issues with teachers and take action as needed and resolve them. Not just have one conversation"

"We have only been attending through the pandemic so we have not had in class interaction directly with the teacher. I’ve never even been in the room and I crave that. However, the teachers been good about sharing photos, videos and feedback with us to help us feel connected. I feel confident that they’ve got my child’s best interest in mind and they work well with us to meet our desires and requests for our son. He’s certainly being engaged and developing well. He experiences great social interaction there that is significant through a pandemic."
