"The school itself has so many good reviews but this specific location has horrible reviews. Enrolling my child there wasn't the best option but was convenient. The teachers didn't tend to the children needs and they seemed as if they were almost neglected them. I watched on the camera my daughter sat and cried . No one tended to her . I felt so bad I left work to get her to comfort her. Her whole shirt was soaked with tears. She was only 2!"

"Overall it’s been a good experience. I do not clearly know who the actual director of the school is. When I first started there was a switch being done of directors & a lot of things not explained to me during enrollment that I seemed expected to know. For ex, I brought my son in at 10:45a one day due to an appt & was told he couldn’t attend because the classes were already “in-ratio”. This was very frustrating as it was never explained to me that there’s a cutoff time to be there. I had to make arrangements to be able to work that day. I also had to initiate and ask for things like a door code, a username to log in online and pay, how to use the apps to check in/out weren’t shown to me upon enrollment either. I was also disappointed having to make alternate arrangements for care 3 times in 1 week. 1st they said my son had a fever & couldn’t return the next day. When he came back the day after they called me implying he had hand,foot,mouth disease. I picked him up w/in 15 mins he had no visible signs of this."
