"My child’s classroom is dirty and the teacher is more interested in the iPad than the children. I’m paying a good amount of money for school age summer camp, and my child sits in a classroom in the basement every day where the kids run wild - I have watched on the cameras as children climbed on furniture, wrestled, and kicked each other and the teacher did nothing. There is no structure, field trips, or activities, even though we were told in the spring that they already had lots of fun things planned for the summer. We are highly disappointed and will not be returning once the summer is over."

"I was extremely happy with the school until the prior director left this summer. Since then it’s been very frustrating as we don’t know if there will be enough staff from day to day if we can send my daughter to daycare. I have an infant who is set to enroll in January but am unsure if that will happen given all the uncertainty with the site in terms of staffing and being able to safely care for and provide consistent teachers for my kids. I remain hopeful the newly hired leadership will help regain my trust in the school however I continue to explore other options as I need to have reliable childcare."

"Please see previous response. Have loved it up until a few months ago. All of the teachers are wonderful (you are lucky to have them) but there have been management issues since our former director left a few months ago. Things seem very chaotic now and we are crossing our fingers every morning we don't get a message the rooms are closed for staffing issues. They have had other directors step in and help during the transition (new director started this week) but the communication throughout the process has been poor, the teachers are very over-worked and stressed and we have not had reliable care. We have had to juggle our work schedules around constantly the last few months to accommodate for the staffing shortage/closures. To be clear, I do not blame the teachers for this. They NEED time off and the flexibility to take care of their own families. I understand the job market is tough but a corporation as large as yours (w/rates we pay) should be able to better manage turnover and employee recruitment."

"As I stated earlier, I love Le Petite and I am delighted by the educational strides my granddaughter has made. She has had wonderful and caring teachers. It seems that all the teachers know my granddaughter and they all treat her with love. It is just unfortunate that in the past couple months, there have been staffing changes that impact whether classrooms are closing or if the children have to be picked up early. This is tough for working parents."

I have 2 kids attending and the school has been very accommodating with me changing their schedules around till I can find the best times and days for them to go, as both my kids had a hard time adjusting to school at first. "We love La Petite in Middleton! Casey and Emily have made us feel so comfortable since the first day we dropped our oldest off. All of the teachers are so warm and friendly and our kids feel safe there (which is most important to us). "Our previous LPA center closed and we needed to move to another location. We were all nervous about the change. We are so lucky to have found another amazing location with incredible staff. They are so kind and caring to our children. Our children became comfortable in this location very quickly. Thank you!!"

"The staff have always been very helpful in answering my questions about the care of my child. I feel confident when I drop my child off that they are in good hands. My child has come down with a few illnesses since attending, which is somewhat concerning about the level of cleanliness, however I also understand that not everything can be cleaned instantly after a child plays with it. I enjoy talking to the teachers and director about my concerns and being able to learn about upcoming changes that may affect my child. My child really enjoys her primary teacher and I am happy that they are comfortable in the classroom with her."
