"Overall it has been good. Our previous daycare offered a better environment, but at a worse location and significantly higher cost. I've mentored it before in my other responses, but I think staffing is at the root of every issue that I have. The teachers that are here are all kind and caring, if overworked. Mrs. Patti is amazing, we're lucky to have her in our child's life."

"Love the experience my child gets, but the communication with parents about changes in school prices or programs is not great. I am constantly billed incorrectly and find out events happening with very short notice. Another example opening late after the holiday. Parents need to adjust work schedules to accommodate."

"The individual teachers are lovely people and provide the best care they can, but I feel they are often stretched too thin. The communication from the morning staff to the afternoon staff is very poor, so if you ask them questions they say they don't know because they weren't there in the morning. The app they use to log meals, etc. is often delayed, not complete, or just not updated at all."

"My main concerns are the amount of educational time spent during the day and what they are working on. He also does not seem to eat a lot during the day and I'm not sure if any teachers are actively encouraging him to eat, or eat more of what he does like out of a meal that he may not fully enjoy. I think being more attentive to his eating habits (yes, we often discuss them at home) to encourage him to eat more of whatever in the meal he likes would be nice. And I think focusingore on their letters a d writing would be nice, we do this at home every night but it doesnt seem to happen often at school."
