When I bring up issues or concerns to the director, she’s attempts to brush them off rather than help me with a resolution that I’m comfortable with, there are not any type of regular updates on my child (conferences/ paper updates on behavior or areas of concern). For the same price, my child can go to a learning environment that will help her with our areas of concern and NOT use timeout, but rather help children by redirecting"

"La Petite was the first out of home childcare/school I sent my son. I was nervous about how he would like the complete atmosphere change. La Petite made us feel welcome and are very understanding to any needs that my son may need. He's learned great social skills by being a group setting with other children around him, as well as the great staff that provide support for him. It's easy to communicate with staff as well as administration about anything as well. We love La Petite!"

"I had VERY severe PPA/PPD after having my son. I struggled with going back to work and sending my (then 4 month old) to spend the day with, essentially, strangers. The livestream of the classroom helped immensely. The care of a couple of his teachers at the time (namely Miss Alexis & Miss Maria) helped ease some of the anxiety and fear of being away from him. I love that the staff knows his name and doesn’t treat him like just another body that comes through the door. The communication has been really good & I like that I get multiple updates throughout the day and can message anytime in the app or call if I need to & I’m not made to feel like a burden."

"La Petite has been a blessing to us! My son started La Petite at the age of 3. Before then he had been at the care of an in-home sitter and friend. I was nervous about the switch but within a month I noticed how much more structure my son had. he became more social and is always happy to show me the things he learned throughout the day. He is now transitioning to a new room/class, and it has been tough, but all of the teachers have been so supportive to him with this change. I have nothing but great things to say about La Petite, the administration and teachers!"
