"I have had a very poor experience with my son attending this day care my son has been writing up by the staff for things he didn’t do. Left out side by staff after play time out side. Flipped out of his bed from a nap by other students that stated the teacher told them to do it when asked. I Supposedly have a meeting with the director tomorrow but when it comes to getting in contact with them that’s another hassle. I’ve been told by staff that they can’t review every situation on the cameras but every time we do there are adults not being truthful or in other cases not even knowing what happened but making up stories. I literally have to watch the cameras half the day when he there and a lot of the things I see are very unacceptable. My advice if your kid attends this daycare is watch the cameras as much as possible but you probably won’t like what you see and it doesn’t help that they can’t keep staff at all seem like they get new teachers every week."

"We choose Lapetite Academy for our daughter because of the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. This facility has been wonderful! We're impressed with the variety of activities and approaches to learning provided here. Our daughter has learned so much and truly enjoys going to school. She is now more than ready to go to kindergarten and has been instilled with a love of learning. Everyone at this facility is kind and seems to care a great deal about each and every child."

"I’m so sad how low quality the school has become. When my daughter went here it was amazing and now it is not prepping my son for kindergarten at all. The meals have dropped in quality, nothing is shared of what they did that day, no photos or videos. Nothing. I used to love it now I’m sad we moved him here from another daycare that had routines and updates with what they learned that day. Only thing I get is what he ate and naps."

"This La Petite location used to be the gold standard for me. Due to staffing issues within the past 5-6 months, my children are no longer learning. The current staff is doing their best. It appears they are not getting support from Corporate to resolve their inability to keep and hire staff. As a result, the children are consistently getting shuffled around, with no consistent learning schedules, etc... My kids are falling behind; for the tuition, you can go elsewhere to get more consistent care and a higher level of curriculum execution. I've been sending my kids here since 2015. We are transferring our remaining children in December 2022 to another daycare close by. I believe it is at the detriment of my children's educational development to remain here under the current staffing struggles."

"Honestly staff turnover is a lot for all of us. When my kid has a new teacher I don't necessarily get introduced. I feel bad not knowing their names."

"Early morning staff is great but teacher turnover and attendance is NOT ideal. We showed up one morning to drop off and we’re turned away at the door because of staff shortage! Poor planning and hiring the wrong people are hurting everyone. Not everyone has a flexible schedule and jobs could be lost for not showing up to work simply because daycare staff doesn’t show up. Have a back up plan and hire people who love kids and want to work! Make working their fun and figure out how to retain good people! Our overall experience had not been great . Disappointed for paying $1300 a momth"

"I love the staff and feel that my child is safe and cared for by her teachers. She loves going, which is the reason we have not switched. She doesn’t seem to be learning anything though and for the cost I believe we should be getting more updates on the learning curriculum and progress."

"We are new to the school, but have been so impressed with the amount of engagement our son has with his teachers and classmates during the day, and the educational stimulation he receives. He's under a year old, and we as parents are learning about the types of patterns and activities we can do at home as a result of seeing what he does at school. In addition, we love the Sprout app that allows us to see how his day is going - it gives great comfort. His teachers also are very calm and nurturing - I get the sense they really enjoy their work and work to understand each child."

"Morgan Bain is really awesome at our facility specifically, but the whole staff and facility has been great. We have tried two other daycares in the past and La Petite blows them out of the water. They are much more organized, clean, well put together and structured. The price isn't super competitive and many daycares are cheaper around here, but I think that the additional cost is worth it to have the peace of mind that our son is well taken care of during the day. The video camera is a huge thing for us and I love checking in on our son. The director and other staff members are also wonderful and we've had nothing but great experiences with them all. They make us feel warm and welcome when we pick up our son, calling him by name and saying good bye. It's a good feel and we trust them."

"We’ve enjoyed our start at La Petite. Our only issues have involved communication while being on the waitlist. Our biggest reasons for loving was convenience of location and the hours. Facebook and Google still says that you’re open from 6-6:30, so once enrolled and told that wasn’t the case was frustrating. I am a nurse and clock in at 630 so me being uncle to drop my child off now is frustrating."
