"Overall our experience has been good. My daughter’s name has been spelled incorrectly since she started on written materials in the classroom & art projects, but I talked to the director and she said she would take care of it. I wish there were better updates on how my daughter does throughout the day. When I ask how she was, I am often told “good”. I would love to get a little more. The teachers do however answer all questions I ask with more detail."

"I have had a wonderful experience with Tina Rainey my sons teacher always gives me update very nice to me always even when I have request for my son. Lets me know how his day was little things like he has a cough nap time was not good or great. That is wonderful that she does that. Mrs.Makenna who workd the front desk always is accommodating helps with all my needs if she does not know an answer she finds it out. There is another gal Michelle she works the early shift. That women is always helping me out weater is my son crying or relaying a message to the director she has helped me alot in the early mornings those are times I do not have a min to spare. The last but not least person is DeAnne McMahan she always has time to see me any concerns I have she takes care of she act swiftly this means a lot to me and my family very easy to talk to. Everytime I come in she ask how I am doing and has an open door policy she actually listens to me a values my opinion. Thank you for hiring such caring people."

They have a behavioral professional on stand by whenever is necessary to evaluate a child, in using them we learned how our child can be better.Thanks to them my husband and I can go to work and know our child is safe!We love Ms. Tapika, Ms. Michelle and the main supervisor Ms Christy. "My oldest has been attending La Petite since she was 4 months old. I thoroughly enjoyed the teachers and staff as they always kept in touch with me and treated my oldest daughter well. Every teacher knew my daughter. If I had any issues, they would be resolved immediately if it was within the control of the staff. After the pandemic a change in leadership happened and we noticed a huge influx of changes in staff. Although my oldest daughter's teacher is very involved, my youngest who is two does not get the same experience. The teacher's are friendly however with high turnover my youngest is having to continuously be flexible to new teachers and my youngest is much more sensitive to change. The staff doesn't have policy how things are communicated regarding my youngest. Things have been hard with the pandemic and I can give grace for that. But I am not jumping at the chance to recommend this place. I am just grateful that the teachers in the older classrooms have stuck around so I'm okay with staying."
