"The staff are very nice (except for occasionally the evening staff who look tired and eager/ready for me to pick up my children when I come around 6p). They communicate very well about incidents that may occur and about policies. I really think the teachers care a lot about the kids. Especially in the 2yr old classroom and the 1 yr old classroom. The director is very kind and so is the assistant director. I don't like that the director works so much and she seems burnt out sometimes. But they both always show they care about the facility and the staff/kids.It would be nice if they didn't so many notifications about late payment. It's confusing when ALL the parents get notifications about late payments when you already have paid. It makes you want to check and make sure you didn't miss the payment by accident or wonder if the other parent forgot to pay. I'd much rather get a notification about late payments if I am actually late."

"I love the school , however I was very disappointed when we got to the end of the year and Gracie’s teacher at that time said she didn’t know my baby’s learning style but with her summer school teacher the improvement was tremendous so I am appreciative of that. Overall we had a decent year ; but education is key for me and there is definitely room for improvement."

Her class is alway decorated in alignment with holidays and upspecial events like valentine’s day and black history month. "I absolutely love La Petite, the entire staff is welcoming and loving, they acknowledge the parents every time I walk in, I love the love that is given to my son, I love how they all communicate, when my child is out sick, they reach out to see how he is doing, my child is developing better social skills with kids his age, he is learning more colors and shapes and dances, I love that I can see him on video, I feel so comfortable with the staff that I don’t use the sprout about as much anymore because I know my child is safe and he’s learned to interact with everyone. I wouldnt trade this child care facility for another one!"

We walk in to smiling faces everyday, they inform me about everything, either through sproutabout, email and verbally. My child and future children will always attend La Petite Academy Jonesboro!!!
