"I love la Petite Academy. I know my kid is taken care of. They update me on his food intake which includes breakfast, lunch and snacks. Diaper changes, learning activities, outside play time and nap times. My two year old has a routine with them (nap and meal times) that we try not to break in the weekend so it's lovely. I also enjoy seeing him on livestream once or twice a day and go about my day with no concerns! They always greet me and communicate with me. It's a good experience and they are 8 minutes from my house. I'm very satisfied."

"This school has a live video feed for parents all day long. As a parent, you get to watch in real time as your child is ignored while the teachers gossip and show disdain towards their chosen jobs. An infant cannot only lay on their back in a crib or on a rubber mat for 8 hours a day - with no toys or activities to engage in. Diaper changes are long overdue and feedings are more spread out than agreed upon. I want to have a childcare provider who enjoys children, not tolerates their job. I was promised daily tummy time, reading and other interactions. What I see unfold daily are sporadic changes, feeds and babies being placed in the crib on their stomachs. I have to wash the dried spit up from my infant's ears and back of their head at the end of the day because they lay in a pool of it without being attended to. Never again."

"Many of the teachers are fantastic and truly love the children and love what they do, however there are some that are rude and dismissive of the children especially in the morning when kids are at their most vulnerable leaving their parents. The management has been in seeming chaos for months leading to high teacher turnover and staffing issues. While I feel that the daily experience of my kids is, on average, good and the teachers they have in particular are fantastic, I believe those teachers are making the best out of a very difficult situation and are burning out trying to do their best for their students. Overall it feels like some great teachers are struggling to make the best environment possible, while others don't really care and the management is struggling to find their footing."

"We really love the positive, caring and kind atmosphere of this school. All the teachers seem enthusiastic and capable. It took us awhile to get set up on the app and in a few others ways, but I expect that is normal, though the onboarding could have been a bit smoother with communication/prep."
