"Love the school school and the staff. The facility needs a make over and a new air conditioning system. The parking is small and akward as well."

"My general experience Is just ok, but I feel has the potential to be better. When I got information about the school I was very excited, knowing that my child would be getting educational play, indoors and outdoors, getting nutritious meals and snacks, and being treated with empathy. However it is mostly 50/50 with the greetings, and though everyone is human, there are days when the teachers seem standoffish, judgy, or are clearly ignoring children, speaking harshly to them, or handling them roughly. I am a bit disappointed in what I was presented with before I enrolled my child, and what is actually given. I am however thankful because I know there are a lot more daycares/ learning centers that are downright evil and worse, and I appreciate the teachers taking care of my little one. I also appreciate the fact that every teacher makes it known that they see you when you arrive and when you leave."

"Very unsatisfied, a teacher knowingly gave my 5 month old a pacifier that’s labeled as lost just to get him to quiet down and when I asked her about it because I just happened to be watching the camera at the time she lied. My child tested positive for RSV a few days later. The teacher did not take accountability for her actions."

"La Petite Florence is wonderful! The staff are so friendly and caring. If your child is out sick, they will inquire as to how they are doing. I truly believe that my daughter met her developmental milestones early thanks to them. The ONLY thing I would change if I was the franchise owner, would be to modernize the facilities. There is nothing wrong with the current one, it just looks dated."

"We have had a great experience with La Petite Academy. There is one teacher who is good at teaching new things to the kids, but she is not very good at communicating. I have watched how she communicates with groups of children when I drop off/pick up my kids and she is always difficult to catch so discuss one of my kids' behavior since he only seems to act up around her."
