"I have been pleased with this school. I like that you need a pin to get in (feels safe) and that your kids have to be checked in. I like that I have an app where I can get notes and photos from the teachers. I also understand that the teachers are busy and can't do this all the time. I also wish the teachers were paid more. If I have to pay for my week no matter if I go or not, then I expect that the teachers are well treated so they don't leave and feel happy there. You need to increase your minimum pay."

"This center was hands down our favorite when we were looking for daycare options. What hasn't changed is the energy level and commitment to the children that we see in the teaching staff - I love them all, pay them more, hire more so existing staff have more flexible sick day options, etc.There is a level of disorganization that has crept into the center since there hasn't been a consistent Director. Our son is about to age out to kindergarten, but if we had a new child I do not think this daycare would be a main contender for us anymore. I don't know if the issue is pay or something else, but the turnover in staff, especially at the top level, has been concerning. Increase our rates/offer options for parents to contribute more/something in order to help keep and retain staff."

The excellent teachers have been a constant, but the demands put on the teachers and management since the pandemic shutdowns have been taking a toll. The staff simply needs more support - more teachers and support staff is a good starting point, but the staff need to be compensated accordingly to the amount of work they are being asked to take on."
