"Overall, this school has been great, especially as my child has had the opportunity for greater interaction with other children his age and with a structure teaching method. There have been times that I have not been informed of certain events that have happened to my child(falling and hitting his head on the playground, BMs as my child has a medical condition).There was also a time that the system was not working properly, but we were not notified as parents about this and I only found out after talking with the director. My child appears to have a great time and I feel he is learning a lot."

"I loved the school. I really wanted to have a good experience. But im not having a good communication with the teachers and that is leading me to feel uneasy about my child care. The staff always is nice and seems caring so as I thought the teaches were but I kept seen thing on the live stream that aren't what I was expecting and I feel a bit disappointed. I waited for so long to finally let us enroll and I don't like to feel or to see thay my child isn't having the best experience as I thought he would. I'm trying to back off or try to be more understanding but since the communication isn't there I feel that might not be a good fit. But I don't want to rush, I hope is a matter of time and adjustment and I'm willing to be more open and cooperate if they communicate with me better."

"We had some slight concerns initially due to some potential neglect (severe diaper rash and hunger at pick up). This concern was assuaged immediately after expressing my concerns to the director. We received increased communication and care, and have had no repeat incidents since talking with them. I have a lot of respect for them taking my concerns seriously and immediately making changes to prevent future issues. We have had no other complaints and are very happy with the care our daughter is getting."
