"We like the teachers much. They are trying their best. The management is trying their best to operate the school as well. Actually, everyone is generally very nice. However, it feels like the school is understaffed. There are a lot of things that pass unnoticed in the behavior of the kids, as it is normal with the given situation, and the teachers cannot give the proper attention to each individual kid. There is huge potential to the school that i dont feel it is met."

They are kind and caring and we feel confident that our son is in good hands with them. Our son really loves the outside time on the playground and the Stretch and Grow program every Friday."

"Our general experience with this school has been good. I think if they can keep the teachers they have and value them, train them, and treat them well, that is most important. In the past, we were most unhappy when teachers who our kids loved abruptly left and rooms shut down. Consistency and retention of good teachers who are loving, dedicated, and willing to build relationships with us and our kids has been when we were the happiest there."

"After a year of nonstop issues at this location, I feel confident to post this is the last daycare I would ever place my child. While Mrs. Lela is absolutely wonderful , they can’t maintain staff and lack proper supervision. I’ve routinely witnessed children hurting each other and never intercepted, or the few times they are, no appropriate redirection. I have complained multiple times to corporate about rap music being played and personally witnessed teachers loudly yelling at children. These are not warm environments, they are constantly out of ratio, refused video for months but yet advertised it. Lesson plans aren’t uploaded to app like promised. Staff are SO passive aggressive it’s beyond unprofessional. BBB complaints have been filed. When you worry about the mental and emotional well being of your child, that’s a scary concern. Top priority is to find another facility. This place is awful!"

"Inconsistent and unreliable. There's a bunch of staff turnover, which results in shortages that mean I'm informed at the last minute that my son can't go to daycare for the day. The staff are overworked and don't get breaks. Now that my son is potty trained, I learned they can't give him access to the bathroom because they turned the bathroom in his classroom into a closet (so the toilet no longer works), and there aren't enough staff to walk him to the bathroom."
