"Our first year was fantastic and then things drastically declined. There was a mild improvement with the first administration change, but there had already been a large loss of quality staff and management. The newest director has been amazing and has basically built a new program. She communicates well, supports the students, and cares about her staff. She is the only reason we have not pulled our children from this program. We enjoy the extra programs such as parents night out and the Halloween carnival and are not naive to the extra work that it puts on her plate."

"This has been a home for my 2 youngest boys. Jaxon left for 4K a few years ago and decided to enroll Findley becuase it is close to my work, affordable and we love the teachers. We do miss some of the employees that are no longer with LaPetite, but are thrilled with the new additions and all the new events."

"Everything has been positive. My daughter is so high maintenance and I’m pretty sure every employee knows it but they are so sweet with her and know her ticks and temperaments. They always treat her so kindly and she is very attached to them. Which is why I also know they care for her. They also always share stories about her that make us all laugh. My son is only 5 months but again, you can tell each person who interacts with him KNOWS him. They know if he’s having an off day or let us know if he took a longer nap or didn’t each as much. They pay attention to his behaviors. They always have something to report when we pick him up. Good or just something to note."

"Directors and most of our child’s teachers are wonderful. We worry that staff is overworked because staffing turnover and hope they are being compensated more, given paid time off, other benefits to help retain them."

"Amanda and the 2 assistant directors are wonderful. Most of the teachers are wonderful. I know good work is hard to find but the teachers could be a little more diligent while they’re on the clock."

"Staff are pretty good. We just need them to use the app more, especially when we send direct messages that sometimes go unanswered. There was a staff shortage for about a month, and the parents were forced into a Hunger Games scenario of who could drop off their children the fastest so we wouldn’t get turned away. That was a poor situation that I wish they would have handled better."

"Chloe and Shannon are absolute rockstars. They always talk to me at either drop off or pick up about my daughters day. I can tell my daughter is very comfortable with them and they take great care of her. They are two very sweet women who are doing a great job with everyone. I do feel as though pricing is a little bit high. When we got on the waitlist (which was a year long) we were told $258 a week. By the time a year past and it was time for us to enroll our daughter the price became $293. It starts to really take a toll on our finances as a family especially when a second child will be added and childcare will then be over $2k. I understand inflation and understand the need to pay teachers a respectable wage as we all struggle with inflation, however, I think it is pretty high considering other daycares."

"Ever since we received a new director, it has been so much better. Amanda is more engaging, caring and communicates so much more vs the old director. Our toddler loves going to school, loves her teachers and friends. Our newborn starts in March, we feel comfortable and confident with the infant care she will be getting. Staffing is a struggle but we know this is not the school's fault, Amanda and team does the best to communicate issues with staffing in a timely manner."

"I love the director and staff of this school. Corporate needs tj hire more people at this location. We have been closed before and forced to have our kid at home - we both WFH - due to corporate not prioritizing staff hiring. Corporate’s actions tell me they don’t value their staff and their health and wellness needs. Staff are vulnerable to burn out."

"We love the long hours you’re available. You’re getting more expensive, which we don’t like. Your location makes it dangerous coming and going with the busy street. Your payment system is atrocious. My wife has to manually enter information in each week. Your auto pay does not function as an autopsy. It’s prehistoric, and you badly need to upgrade that system."
