We don't have guns or watch violent stuff in our house but my 4 year old comes home doing finger guns talking about shooting people. Have addressed this to his teachers and they SHRUG and tell me they have no idea."

"The school is great! I love the quality of care I get from all of the teachers. You can definitely tell that everyone at La Petite genuinely cares about my child, and it makes me feel so comfortable knowing she will be loved, safe, and having fun learning with her friends. The admins all are so friendly and are always quick to get back to me if I have any questions or concerns."

"I love how friendly and caring the teaching, management, and support staff are. You can definitely tell that they all truly love what they do. They also take time to share funny and sweet stories at pick up which makes me feel like they genuinely care (both teachers and management). Communication is exceptional from both teachers and the management team and I always know what to expect during a transition, day-to-day activities, and school-wide information (love the fun days each month)! The cameras always help me feel secure leaving my toddler every day and I honestly can't imagine us being anywhere else!"

"My biggest feedback is the center wide messages are sometimes written unclearly. Leadership should consider being more direct with key information The infant Room is closed. or There is an RSV exposure as the first sentence with the details to follow. There have been multiple times (less recently) where we got a message and my wife and I have totally different interpretations about what the message meant. Early on, I had to call in to claify what messages meant. Louise, Bre, Jordan and Carol are absolutely fantastic. We love the high level of care our son is receiving. Sadie greets me warmly every morning."

"I have had a horrible experience. The staff fails to listen to the parents & their needs for THEIR child. The staff doesn’t practice proper sanitization. I have had another child’s bottle in my bag, as well as another child’s **** on MY child’s bottle. I have had issues with them ruining bags of breast milk because they cannot read a piece of paper that states how I need my child’s bottle made. The staff doesn’t pay attention to any educational days they may have, and it’s obvious because I’ve witnessed a staff member have my newborn hunched over like a rag doll so she could burp them. Unacceptable. They have lied about giving my child their food (bottles still completely full in our bag). The staff doesn’t communicate whatsoever. They allow other staff members to go into other rooms, then claim they do not allow that. Nothing adds up if you are a parent who is on top of your child’s care. Please go elsewhere. You won’t regret it."

"I love the atmosphere of the center. When I drop off or pick up my kid, anything that wasn't addressed already they let me know then. Each staff member who greets us at the door is genuinely excited to see my child and ask how the child is doing, or commenting that the child was missed from the days he wasn't there."
