"This experience has been horrendous. The school is beyond the bar. I'm surprised it's even open. The staff is rude; they do not greet parents nor children during drop-off/pick-up. The facility has a foul smell. The camera software is not what it was explained to be. Teachers speak to the children in very disheartening tones. It's horrible, across the board. I would NEVERRRRR advise anyone to utilize this facility. If you care about your child's wellbeing, safety, education and having attentive teachers, this place is NOT for you. The teachers have red hair, purple hair, mega long nails, nose rings, attitudes galore and are beyond unwelcoming. My kid despises this place. We have only been enrolled at this place for less than 3 months and we are unenrolling IMMEDIATELY! This place should be shut down."
"Overall my experience has been good. As stated earlier the facility needs to be cleaned more often and necessary upgrades need to be done. Also, the staff (not all because most do a good job) needs to make sure they are greeting parents and children with respect and friendly attitude."
"We have really been blown away by the love and attention the Infants 1 teacher, Ms. April Kelley, has given to our little one. She comes home clean and happy (which is no easy feat for a 5 month old!) The classroom is always clean and organized, Ms. April updates the app throughout the day, and all of the babies are happy, well adjusted, and developing so well. I really have no idea how she does it, but we wish we could have her as a teacher forever!"

We never know what he's learning, and seeing as he has a development delay in speech, it seems they write an incident report on him several times a week just so he doesn't have to be there. We're changing to another daycare. "
"I was told that the school offered live video streaming before she was enrolled and the director told me that they do not offer live streaming at the moment because the internet is down. It’s been down since my daughter began in April."
