"Day to day here has been great. The teachers are so kind, there's plenty of updates, and the meals and snacks are always filling. But when issues come up (and they will come up, moreso at this location than the other we were enrolled at), it will be a true nightmare to get anything resolved and you should expect to have zero email communication from the director. In person she's lovely and kind (at least to me, my husband has not felt the same connection), but the professionalism has a long way to go. Everyone has a long way to go in learning how to run a daycare business."

"Overall we’ve been very pleased with this school. Our daughter has made many new friends and really likes her classroom teachers. Covid has made it difficult for us to interact with staff. As of now we can’t go into the classroom for drop off and pickup, and it’s difficult to get an update on our child’s day from our child. Hopefully in the near future we will be able to move back to drop off and pick up inside the classroom. Recently there have been changes to management with a new director. The assistant director, Megan, is wonderful and we wish she would have taken over the director position. The new director hasn’t been very impressive. It doesn’t seem like she enjoys being there, we often see her sitting at the desk and not assisting her staff or spending much time with the kids. She’s been there for several months and she doesn't seem to know which child we are picking up. Overall we like sending our daughter and appreciate the teachers that care for her."

"Overall my child enjoys attending this school. She loves being with her friends and teachers, and has learned a lot since she started. We also appreciate the help and hard work the staff puts into potty training!! The director is amazing and always makes us feel welcome at drop off and at pick up. The only unfortunate thing we’ve encountered in the last year is teacher turnover. In certain classrooms my child has had a few teachers in the course of a couple months, and we haven’t had much communication with the reasons why a teacher is no longer in the classroom."
