"Our experience with La Petite so far has been good. Its great to walk in the door and have staff know exactly who our child is and give them a big smile and say good morning or bye. I do wish the Sproutabout app was used a little more just for day to day communication but definitely have seen great development in my kiddo since starting."
"When my children first started here it was great. There was great communication from the staff and teachers. I knew my children were well taken care of. Since the director changed it seems there has been a tremendous drop in care and communication. I no longer have the comfort that the staff and teachers will work with me on any issues or concerns."

"My son hates this school. He comes home every day with a new bad experience. Our first day the teachers had no clue they had a new student. He’s come home with bruises all over his legs from being kicked by other students, scratches on his face and neck, claw marks on his arms and has been hit in the face with blocks. I understand the teachers are probably burnt out. But my son is having a horrible experience here. This is a huge disappointment moving from his previous la Petite where his teachers loved him and nurtured a caring learning environment."

However, admin and procedure is an issue.
I attempted to resolve a conflict today and received a blanket "we did not" statement. Not surprised.

"This is my third child going through this school and we have always been very happy with the level of care and education provided. We feel our children are safe and they enjoy going. The only times when we were not fully satisfied was in the twos classroom right before this transition and I’m the school age classroom. The twos teachers did not communicate very well with us daily so we didn’t hear about things that we could either work on with our child or they did well at. The school age classroom has too many age groups together and my kids didn’t always like that interaction. I didn’t think the teachers did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable in there or engaged. But other than that I’ve truly enjoyed our experience at this school!"
