The worst customer service ever. Don't buy it.

"Despite spending a significant amount of time on the call/email conversation, my issue was not resolved & I did not receive my parcel yet tracking showed it was delivered.

The representative left me in situation to contact carrier myself, they seemed more interested in ending the conversation than providing a satisfactory resolution.

Brands itself as a high-end silk clothes brand, but its actually buying from China factory

"DONT BUY IT. The size is way off. I bought the same product and same size last year and purchased again last month. But the one I got this time is SO MUCH LARGER. What's ridiculous is the label on the package says "S (actually purchased in L)". The words in parenthesis are written in simplified Chinese. I think no matter what size you buy, it will all be L eventually. Lilysilk brands itself as a high-end silk clothes brand, but its actually buying from China factory. This is pure DISHONESTY. Worst experience ever."

High quality and delivery - Feb2022

"Today I receive my first package with 4 different products. Ordering was easy, nice and beautiful overview online, also choosing right size, I pay with PayPal as usually. LilySilk products are high quality, not only material but also design and how is sew it up. Size was perfect. Every ordered piece of clothes was very beautiful packed in separate box. Now I`m waiting for second package with Silk Piyamas. Delivered by FedEx in 5 days, but all proces it takes 14 day from order to delivery. According to quality and delivery I can highly reccomend.

"The so-called"customer service" doesn't exist!!! after 100 orders you wake up with customs fees to pay to Fedex and lilysilk answer is absolutely disgraceful!!! they employ some Chinese repeating the same tape in a broken English like a tired cd!!

Impossible to get your money back

"I am having a very unpleasant experience with this company. I have bought a silk pillow that was flat, lumpy, and hard as a board. I requested a refund and sent the pillow back. Almost two weeks later, I still did not get my money back. I have never had such a bad experience. Stay away from them!"

fraudulent company

"Ordered a blazer and blouse. The receipt in the package states 100% polyester when the website claimed 100% silk. Tried to return and the website says my order number and email don't exist. Please advise how you managed to return items and get a refund.

False advertising and breached Fair Trading Act, will report to the commerce commission if a full refund is not processed immediately.

The receipt doesn't even have an invoice number, just put in the non-existent purchase order number given on receipt

Bad Customer Service

"Have have purchased a number of items from LilySilk. My last purchase was a silk filled comforter that fell apart in the wash. They would not return it because it was washed first. BTW, who doesn't wash bedding before they use it? They have lost my patronage!"

"This Company is a fraud. Their blouses are Polyester and to try and get a refund is practically impossible I fortunately had paid by Pay Pal and once Pay Pal got involved they refunded overnight not the whole amount they had the cheek to deduct $50.
I think they should be referred to the Business regulator and I am going to report them for False Advertising.

Missing items; questionable quality of material

"I placed an order for 2 silk shirts and 4 silk underwear on august 2, from the US.
Issue 1. They don’t mention on the website that your shipment is an international shipment; the merchandise ship from China. I don’t care who is the manufacturer but they should be transparent.

Issue 2. ITEMS WERE MISSING. The shipment was properly packed and everything; but instead of two silk shirts they just sent 1. And the shipment was intact; so essentially THEY sent 1 item. Also no receipt or anything with the order. Now I’m so upset and mad, bcz these shirts are so expensive. I wrote to the customer care— let’s see if they respond/fix the issue. It’s just ridiculous, because this means I’ve to wait another two weeks for the missing item if I ever receive it.

I’m not even getting into material quality etc; I exclusively wear silk shirts so I know my silk.

I just want my shirt or my money back. I’ll update this review if there’s a change in status.

Zero Star review on shopping with Lilysilk.com

"I placed order on lilysilk.com on July 12, 2021. The order number is # ***-***-**** and invoice number is #1000092821. The total amount was $318.56.

Lilysilk.com charged my credit card immediately on July 12, 2021. However, there was no update after a whole week of the placement of my order. I called the customer service on July 16th, 2021. No one answered the phone. I left a callback number. No one called me back. I wrote email message to their support team. No one responded to my request.

A complete SCAM

"Ordered two "silk" dresses for 300 CAD. What came were two satin dresses. There is no way in hell that this is silk, but they're willing to charge you for it.

Was told that I would get a refund once I show proof that I have sent the packages, but this is yet to be done even after emailing and calling several times.

Do not waste your time, money or energy unless you seem to think you should spend hundreds of dollars on plastic.

Terrible quality, you have to pay to return

"Ordered 19 momme pillowcases. They came extremely fast however the quality was terrible. Scratchy and not soft or smooth like satin should be. Completely transparent. Compared to my other silk it doesn’t feel like real silk. It doesn’t even feel as good as my polyester satin. In order to return the product you have to pay international shipping which costs a fortune. Based on other reviewers who didn’t get their money back, I decided not to spend any more on these awful pillow cases. "

Scam

"I bought a silk pillow. It was almost flat, and stuffed with lumpy silk cloth. Doesn't fluff up. Not comfy, bareIy a pillow. Not only that, all the reviews are 5 stars, and on closer inspection clearly fake. I cant even post a review on their site, and I almost don't want to bother returning it after reading the other reviews. Something needs to be done about this."
