"Placed an order April 3rd 2020 when I actually talked to a rep of company on phone to clarify screen in stock.
I have not received a reply to several email, I have called the customer service number 1(***-***-**** repeatedly since placing order. I will refute the charge which is already been paid for non—shipment & non-delivery of product. I will also blast the internet with poor ratings.
If I could Put a less than one rating I would this company is fraud

"Ordered laptop screen. No follow up. No answers to emails. Order confirmation, which is the only communication I got, had a Dutch phone number (country code 31). Called that number, which was answered by a frantic lady begging to stop calling that number. Clearly, it's no longer a business number, but a private number. 800 number doesn't work.
I am now trying to see if I can have the charge reversed on my credit card, and activating police and fraud department of CC and to hopefully help shut down this operation, and make it easier for others to reverse their charges also.

"I ordered a replacement screen for my laptop "Condition new". I even noted on the site where they warn you to beware of others who ship refubs as new. Well guess what, I doubt mine was even a refurb, it was dirty and the adhesive from the old bezel was still on the screen. This may shock you but I contacted them via email about this twice and received no response. The screen worked, but being a used and not new, I am not sure how long it will last. Just be honest call a refurb a refurb. "
"Ordered screen in December 2012, now starting to fail with vertical lines. Can't reach anyone at this company by phone; telecom hold is a continuous loop, messages not returned. Emails to RMA and Sales department have been returned as undeliverable. Feels like a scam."
