"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! As you can see from the other reviews, one dating back to 2010, they are a total fraud. I wish I would seen these reviews before I placed my $100 order. It is now 2012, and as a customer, I am getting the same run around. In my case I cannot even get an email response. My order simply states "processing" though they have already taken my money. My card was charged immediately after I requested to cancel my order. That is just down right shady, and everyone knows it is standard online business practice to never charge until the item has shipped. Screw these people, and I will take every measure possible to report them, and shut them down."

"I would not recommend LCDHT. I placed my order on saturday. I recieved the automated confirmation of my order. I ordered from them because their web site stated the product was in stock, and I live just 2 hours away from them, so figured it would ship monday and the item would arrive tuesday. I inquired monday with them both via phone (left message) and email to see if the product was in stock and would ship. They did not call or email me back. Today I called and emailed to cancel the order because I need the LCD screen asap. They have my money, they do not respond. Now I just want to cancel my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but they failed. Order elsewhere if you need your screen ASAP."

"Stay clear of LCDHT, a.k.a. Hootoo or Sunvalleytech. I ordered a 17" LCD screen from them. On their website they stated they had 300 in stock. They actually had none. I tried calling them after not getting a shipping notice 5 days after ordering. No one is there to answer the phone. They did reply to my emails and told me that they would have to ship directly from China. I just received the screen today, 20 days after placing my order.
Their website stated that the screen included the inverter, it did not. They claimed this was a mistake and have since changed their website.
They take credit card payment but only through Paypal and charge you immediately.
I will never order anything from them again."
