But over the years...I buy most from three gun shops and Kentucky Gun is probably the best of them...No credit card fees,free shipping and a free lay a way program. Fair prices...but these days it pays to shop...But Kentucky Gun doesn't play games with a lower price followed buy a lot of add ons...Like tax,shipping fee,layaway fee...

Asked for pictures, and then no response back. Did not even apologize or suggest any sympathy that they sent be a broken firearm. Great crappy service and Great broken products! "
"Taurus has certainly upped their game since manufacturing has moved to the states. I own a G3 and a TX22. The quality is equal to anything out there. The TX22 is fun to shoot. I have run through at least 500 rounds of tier one ammunition and crap I had laying around. It doesn't matter, it eats everything. Not one FTE/FTF. High praise for a 22lr semi-automatic pistol. KYGUNCO always comes through with the best service and prices out there. A win/win."
"I purchased a rifle that was in stock according to their website. After 8 days passing, I decided to contact them and get a status update. Customer service informed me that the distributor “made a mistake” and that it would be at least “2-3 weeks” before it would arrive and then they would send an email when they shipped it to the FFL. I am in no rush and I was willing to wait. The next day I decided to google reviews for Kygunco. Apparently this organization is getting well known for blaming the distributors for just about everything including sending used guns. I called back and canceled the purchase out of principle. My FFL said they will get one for me. I will gladly pay more and wait longer if needed because I know it will not be a used gun or a damaged one. Unethical sales tactics should not be tolerated by consumers. I’m sure they will blame the credit card company when I have to call them and inquire about the refund despite customer service saying they will cancel and send an email with an attached invoice."
"I trully hate to give a company a bad review but here we go... The showed the blemmed Charles Dalys 1911 45acp pistols with Walnut grips for $384 on their web sight and I received an email of this in stock sale.. Ok, so I decided to purchase one on a layaway cash del they have. You would think a person they would pull one from stock look at serial number tag it with my name etc. On the breech and upper it states 9mm para or 45acp. A week latter I got the rest of the cash and wanted to pay for it then I look at my payoff bill on line and the picture changed to the Charles Dalys 1911 45acp pistols with plastic grips. I call to question this and was told it was a mistake and I chewed cud and still wanted it as the grips are no big deal to me its just the fact of the matter of what you would be expection but you get something else. I paid it off a week ago and then received an email stating to me that they accidentally were listed wrong and were 9mm's Blems with plastic grips, that their shipment was wrong and the 45acps will be receive in 30 days and if I wanted I can cancel order or wait.. I called them and a person on phone stated they received the shipment wrong and were supposed to be the 45's not the 9's. They said a 2 to 4 week wait to get the 45's that they were expecting. We all know how that goes. Really? 2 big let downs. First a Bait and switch and they get your money then a oh if you want one you have to wait a month so all that time and being modest say a hundred people are doing the same thing buying a gun at KYGUN then paying for it and waiting.. Hmmm? let's multiply this and ad interrest on that cash. Then at the end of the 30 days or so ... Oh! sorry now we cant get them now. Fact is for a few dollars more I could of got one of these else where now their sold out everywhere! KYGUN you **** bad... "

They tried to blame Walther and said a rep from Walther would call me. Well that never happened. Strange thing there was an Oxford Pawn shop price tag on the pistol. Total Scammers."
