"I used this vendor about 2 years ago and his quality was A+. But this time, my order was cut poorly (very crooked). Instead of admitting his error, he grudgingly reran the cards but made it clear that his so-called terms and conditions protected him from needing making good on his shoddy work, and he was rerunning the job out of the goodness of his heart. I gave him a second opportunity to clarify this weird email response and received no reply. The measurement of a company isn't how things go when everything is okay, but how they act when there's a problem.
His response:
"Please learn to read the terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them than please do not purchase. You may take your future business elsewhere."
