Refused to honor their warranty policy.

"I purchased a pair of Kuru shoes last year that failed in three months. Kuru has a policy that they will replace shoes that wear out during the first six months. Kuru replaced the shoes under the warranty. The replacement pair wore out after five months. Kuru refused to replace this pair indicating that they had "made an exception" to their policy when they approved the initial claim. Please note that Kuru has an elaborate policy, including requiring photographs of the damage. I followed all of the procedures to the letter. Kuru did not make an exception; they simply do not honor their warranty policy."
