You know you've done it right when a customer is not only happy with their purchase, but also walks away feeling that the business legitimately values the fact that you chose them. This was my first experience with Kraft Music and it instantly made me a loyal customer. There was an issue with package delivery that was no fault of Kraft Music. Kraft promptly shipped my order, and kudos to FedEx, they literally lost it just as promptly - like same day. So here I am, just a guy trying to get through this mad world and all I want is to add a Volca to the mix and some world peace - both of which felt hopelessly out of reach in that moment - but then comes Briggs. After a few days and a few phone calls to FedEx, I called Kraft. Briggs immediately reached out to their FedEx rep who confirmed that the package had been lost. Briggs calls me back and informs me that he will duplicate the order and prepare it for overnight shipment so that I can get my Volca groove on. What impressed me most about this wasn't the fact that this was the response, but the genuine empathy that I felt from Briggs regarding my situation. I don't know if he is actually a member of the Kraft family, I mean like having Thanksgiving dinner with them at the family casa, but he came across that way and me feel that it was important to this family owned business. "I ordered a new stage piano bench. But they sent me an open box. When you see the box you can tell it's an open box right away. The box was taped in a messy way. Crews and washers were wrapped with dirty tape and some screws and washers were over the place in the box. Other parts of the bench were also wrapped unorganized. This is horrible. I order from music Kraft because of their good reviews but I was very disappointed. This is also my last order. I will never buy anything from kraftmusic no more."
