Due to prolonged delivery time I have cancelled my order and asked for refund on 02 Mar 23.
But till date I do not received refund. Nor they provide the contact details for any queries. They just operate on What's up and giving wrong information of refund stetus. "

"This is a complete scam site. The prices they offer are slightly better than the other bulk disctributors plus they offer flat shipping. The payment they accept is only via bank transfer in the Cayman islands.
Once they receive your transfer you will never hear from them again. Their site doesn't get shot down and gets reopen every now and then.

"Scam! Ordered 10 pieces of lens from this KowariTech at amazingly low prices. What's not amazing is their customer service. After receiving my money, they never answered their phone or replied to my e-mails. I got my sister who lives in London to check out their office listed on their website on Gloucester Road. Surprise surprise! The building belongs to University College London who never heard of KowariTech or Million Joy Limited. I'm trying to find out how to get my money back now. Don't buy from this place, ever! I have no idea how they got OK reviews from ResellerRatings. It was this rating that convinced me that they're not a scam, but hey, I got scammed!"
