"We had the worst experience ever with koolmax in Bolton we went to the company four times to sort the issue out the guy dealing with us was so rude and incompetent he has not done anything about the fridge instead we had to walk out of the premises because he was so arrogant and rude I will not be going to them again "

"I would not recommend this company to anyone! Their after sales service is appalling! My fridge was fitted WITHOUT the sliding doors I had ordered! I paid in full after installation, simply because I run a honest business and I thought if KOOLMAX is promising that the sliding doors will come in the next week, then fine. But how wrong I was!!!!! Six weeks had passed away and still there was no mention of the doors. My cheque was cashed ASAP but not ONCE did anyone from KOOLMAX ring me and explain when the doors would be fitted. I rang every other day and each time they gave feeble excuses. In the end I had to seek legal advise and am planning to start legal proceedings very shortly!"
