"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

2 weeks after my order was sent in, they had yet to even ship out my order. This is far from the "in stock" message their website gave me.

After I emailed them about the delay, their sales rep told me that my item would ship out two thursdays ago "at the latest". yet again, another lie.

i cancelled my order, and as of this moment, i have received no refund. i should not be charged until an item is shipped, yet i was.

I will update these comments only if action is taken to return my money.

As of this hour, the credit card company states that there has been no credit posted to my account. what is taking so long???????

I ordered from koolpcmods after having a horrible experience with another company, xport1. To make a very long story short, I ended up with a set of duplicate windows from both companies. (I sent the same jpg files to both companies). I compared the quality of the etchings and found that the windows from koolpcmods to be superior.

I email KoolPCMods to thank them and give them a heads up on how the USPS was treating some of their packages, not asking for an exchange. "Checked this buisness out for awhile contemplating the Xide-Pad II. Well i finally gave into the temptation and couldnt not be any happier at all! The pad is great the responce is high and it is comparable to an everglide. The lighting is beautiful and really complements the rest of my computer station. I would highly recomend them. Even though it was *my* mistake, and *my* problem, KoolPCMods made a new window for me, and the graphic even looked better! I won't say he'll do this for everyone, but he's sure got a fan in me. So what can you say? Custom graphic, custom shape, good price and customer service you just don't see anymore. I'll be buying more from them in the future for sure!"
